Default crx header clearence

i have a crx with a b16 swap and i have a dynamic autosports 4-1 header, and the groung clearnece is horrible, its about 2 inches off of the ground, I was wondering if you guys know of a header that i could get that would have better clearence and still make good power, because i know this header is going to be hitting all the time thanks let me know?

Hasport makes a header for our crxs/civics with a B-series motor that fits snug.

Look at the ANR header. Interesting 4-1 design that makes some decent power.

same gain if not more. Tri-Y 4-2-1. 1 piece header look around make sure it has a 2.5" collector.

ditto my Megan Racing 4-1 made 15whp tuned on a dyno jet and leaning out, and just like him 2 weeks later i dented the 2 bottom parts all the way in. flipped **** and hacked up the dented area and welded in new plates/halftubes and a thick *** skidplate which now instead of bending the outter 2 back in and helping me, the bump pushed the header back making it hit the block and bending the inner runner up. now i have 3 screwed up primaries.

this is daidilus' car with 4-1 thats the outside view of height and here how much clearance any lower and his header would end up like mine.

Yea about once a month for me i wrap a chain around my header, chain it to a tree and back up to pull it back out away from my block. Tip of my exaust will be sticking out the back of my car approx: 2-3 inches, looks horrible. Untill I yank it back that is.

yeah you have 3 options
1. stock height....
2. 4-2-1 header
3. AN-R
I chose number 1 because i also got tired of scraping everything up, people seeing my ladies business when she tried getting outa the car while dressed up, ******* up oil pans, and headers..that is number 3!!!!and i do not drive an autocross track to work!!

the car really isnt that low and i dont like having it not lowered, this header just sits real low and bearly fit in the compartment, me had to do some modifications to the crossmember to get it to fit, i might just go ahead and get the comptech 4-2-1 header, does that get pretty decent clearence? also the collector is 2.5 inches right? also you said the anr header gets good ground clearence, is that in a crx?

my b16 crx has dc sport 4-1 ... ugh ugh ugh... the 4 tubes at the collector dont even sit on top of eachother anymore, its italiced if u would say... the bottom 2 pipes are more then half closed too.. btw.. im also stock height so, help this guy out with a nice clearing header to help me out too! )

ive seen ones that run 900+ that give clearance, anything cheaper out there i just wasted 300 on this dc POS to look good for 4 months lol

that is the one that I have....it is pretty good on clearance...if you look at the pick..it is very very very snug to my oil pan, I would suggest a slight port to clean it up, and some ceramic paint...but what can you say for 119? and umm...daym...i could really feel the umph that things gives from 4000RPMs on
