They can all passs ........... it's all about tuning and set-up.
I did not see anything on the site saying anything about a CARB number. But they don't pull your valve cover to visual inspect things, and how would they know the difference anyways?

Yeah, they're not going to pull the cover, so it's all a matter of tuning. The stage 1's and 2's have stock non-vtec cam profile versions, so there is no difference in the cam at the rpm's you'll be tested at. The stage 3's or stage 2 non-stock profile cams can probably be tuned to pass, but not as easily.
