Default Another DIY Turbo Manifold - pics *UPDATE*

Ok guys, let me know what you think. It's made with Weir racing mild steel flanges, it will be used on a Honda SOHC ZC(JDM A6), with a Mitsu TE04 turbo. The runners are made from 2" 304ss. It took approx 6 hours to make. I welded it while it was attached to an old A6 head and it is glass flat. It was fully purge welded, although it's a bit rough on the inside from where I plasma cut the holes for the 2 middle runners. I learned a ton from this build and will be building another very soon. I had intended on building a equal length, but on the car this is for thtere is ZERO room. My EG will be equal length, I start on that one this Wednesday.
We'll be using a Turbonetics Deltagate WG so I'll have to add an external WG port, but overall this manifold is done.
Here's the pics:

Yes, there is a guy local to me that sells them. Weir Racing, he's near Hamilton Ontario. Does beautiful work for great prices, that's where the head flange comes from too. Thanks for the comments guys, it is my first manifold, this has inspired me to build more.

He's in Waterdown. aaronweir@cogeco.ca is his email, check him out for awesome mild steel flanges, and his prices can't be beat.

How hard would it have been to move runners 2 + 3 closer to the middle?

Pretty good DIY job.

that is sweet manifold, when i turboed my single i used a chrysler turbo from an omni, i had to machine an adaptor plate for it, but that makes the job alot easyer

That is really nice, I make similiar manifolds for many customers, the only difference is runner number 2 and 3 were made with an elbow, thus all four runner joins at the collector.

On this manifold, on runners 2 & 3. What size hole saw should be used to fishmouth the runners, when using 1.5" pipe?

The car is coming along nicely, we've got some 450's, it's a turbonetics deltagate WG, all 304 ss tubing. We'll be doing a 3" exhaust and I still need to weld in a DSM BOV. So far 500$canadian all in and that includes 130$ on silicone couplings(ouch). 750 if you include the wideband o2.
