ok so heres the last time ill be on here asking any questions about my accord... lol on Dec 2nd 04' I got T-boned by a crazy mexican lady in a Mazda MPV. she was involved in a road rage insodent with another person. they say it went on for about a mile, then the other guy had enough so he stopped. the crazy mexican lady started doing donuts around his car in broad daylight (3:30pm) and lost controll of her MPV an slammed right into me. i was on my way home from work, there was a car turning that i was just clearing as a saw the front of her bumper heading str8 for me.. i was pretty messed up for a good month. fractured pelvis, torn diaphram, my stomache was up in my chest, collasped lung, rupsured spleen, 6 broken ribs, and lots of internal bleeding, they had to remove a couple feet of my intestine too. an can u believe this crazy bitch had 3 kids in the van with her?? CRAZY, ive got a realy good lawyer on her ***. an im finaly off the pain killers an crutches.

heres some pics of my poor poor accord. she hit the drivers side, pushed me out of my lane, through where cars park, on to the sidewalk, an into not one but two telephone posts. i was stuck inside for 20 mins, they had to rip the driverside door off with the jaws of life, thats why its sitting inside the car. there's probably about 2.5 feet between the inside of the doors, can u say SQUISHED!! if i could of walked trust me i would of kicked her ***

sorry about the car, sounds like you're doing relatively well. it sucks how some people only think of themselves on the road... this lady wasn't even thinking of her kids. sad, sad, sad.

 

the thing that kicks me in the *** the most is i just did a transaxle job on it no more than a week before the accident. its not like a spent alot, but i did it myself an it took me over 4hrs...

I feel your pain man. My 2000 Sedan was rear-ended at 40mph while I was sitting at a light. Stupid bitch was to busy watching a fender bender on the other side of the road to realize I was stopped at the intersection ahead. I miss her too but the best thing to do is move on.... and buy another accord with the money from insurance

 

you still own the car, or is it in the yard? that SEi rear brake conversion will net you about $300 on 3geez if you are willing and able to pull and sell it...

sucks to see an SEi die, but hell, at least you aren't too damn bad...

damn thats messed up i got into a accident to the other week just was going along in traffic when boom got hit from behind my bumper,taillight and quarter panel is fuked up lucky thing the lady had insurence

 

ya im walkin now almost back to normal. cant lift weights tho.. nuthin more than 15lbs or ill be walkin funny for the rest of my life. ya i think she was goin about 40-50, this was on a busy downtown street (35mph limit) but its not realy how fast she was goin, its the fact that the dumb bitch didnt hit the brakes at all!!!! she just keep floorin it. she even bounced off me an hit another parked car. its kinda funny, theres a perfect imprint of her bumper on my car, u can even make out where the license plate was. an when i say funny, thats just my coopin mechonism. ive got her home address, so if i didnt laugh about it, i think i might do sumthin crazy like set her home on fire..... btw shes got liability insurance with no valuable accets.... means NO money for me. my bills will be paid, got like 1k for my car, an ill see maybe another grand for my pain an suffuring. single mom, 3 kids, welfare, u name it. and yes two of her kids had broken bones, one leg, an one claviacal (spelling)... it sux cuz i never passed out, i was concious wit a collapsed lung for about 45 minutes. once they cut me an jammed that ****** tube in my lung i started flippin out. mostly cuz i felt the warm blood dripping down my back. and to top it all off, the doc was teachin some gurl how to do it.... i remember him sayin, "no no, u gotta jam it in there, like this....." thats when i started cussin, an they nocked me out i seriously think i should get a discount on my medical bills cuz i had nuthin but student nurses. i didnt eat for 6 days... lost 15-20lbs... but im all good now, like i said no lifting more than 15lbs, but atleast im walkin oh an it kinda hurts when i eat a full meal. but other than that, i can walk, an my dick still gets hard so im allllllll good peace

A crazy bitch like that shouldnt have kids. Maybe the lawyer can make a case that her emotions+welfare+damage she did to them is case enough to get them safe.

 

make sure your lawyer doesnt take all of your award from the courts. atleast you are ok though

 

glad your ok, its sad that you went through so much pain as a result of such blatent stupidity. I'm typically not a big fan of getting a lawyer and going after people for car accidents, but if I were in your shoes id jump all over this lady, hope your recovery goes well!

wow that close hu? u might be interested in that the paper misprinted one thing about the accident. i didnt have a kid in the car with me... they said i had an infant with me. but im seriously glad i didnt have my daughter with me, she still sits in a car seat and i always put her right behind the passengers seat. and as u can see from the pics, thats where the telephone pole hit dead on. i think even in a car seat she would have been hurt pretty bad
