Default I found an excellent 15x7 wheel deal, but the offset has me worried

I've found some lightweight 15x7s with like-new Azenis that are selling locally for a song. The only issue that makes me hesitate is I think the offset on these might be 32.

Is that going to be a problem for my CRX si with about 1.5" lowering?

PS: here's my car with 40-offset 6.5" wheels. I plan to lower it another half inch.

32's may run rub on the inside of the rear trailing arm. I would try a test fit first, but I'm pretty sure they will rub. My 38's are close.

? I thought 32 would be wider, and I should be worried about rubbing on my fenders.

+32 will be much furtherout toward the fender lip of the car. My guess is that a 7" wheel with 205 Azenis--unless you have a lot of camber--are gonna rub.

Going from a 6.5 wide +40 offset to a 7.0 +32 offset should put the tires out a little more than 1/2 an inch from where they are now (given the same tire width/profile). Maybe that can give you a good eyeball estimate.

After checking with the ruler, I think there is no way I could do it without some camber correction. I'm passing on this deal. Thanks for the input!

I always get that confused for some reason!

Either way, 32's or 42 wont work!
