Default Just bought an '04 SI, have a ????

What is the engine code on the '04 SI? I don't know too much about the new engine codes.
Also what is the wheel offset I need to look for when buying wheels?
TIA

Find the search button and make friends with it. You'll answer most of your questions that way.

So instead of looking through it yourself you decided to post a whole new post? Now when someone searches the posts for engine codes they'll have to search through more than one post!! I hate it when I search yahoo and have to search through a hundred different articles to find one tid-bit of info when it could all be on one web site(which will never happen)!!

Ever speed read? Just look for keywords. You dont have to read it all.

If you have the window sticker that came with the new car, it shows it there just below your vin number.

It should start with:

K20A3-XXXXXXX

Whatever wheels you decide to upgrade to, don't get rid of the OEM wheels. Oh, and if whatever wheel you get comes with a center ring (not hubcentric), or you have to use different lug nuts (than OEM), the wheel is not a proper fit. A proper aftermarket fit is a wheel that you can install and use without any modifications and with the original lug nuts. In other words, many of the aftermarket wheels out there say they will fit your car, but really made to satisfy the masses, and not just Honda. Caveat emptor...
