got some ?s on z6 head and tb
i just recieved my d16z6 head. i have some questions.
where do i get these bolts and how do i screw them in?

Is this ok? if not how can i fix it?

It seems like the TPS is broken here...easier to just buy a new TB or can i fix this with out to much hassle?

Just get a new TPS from a junkyard. Slot the bolts holding on the TPS with a hacksaw or dremel and use a flathead screwdrive to take them out. Make sure you adjust the new TPS when you replace it.
You can get the bolts in pic #1 from your dealership, or here. I'm not sure about screwing them in, maybe use the double nut technique?

and another thing i am not able to move my cam is this normal? do i have to disassemble the motion assembly to line up the top of the cam? i asked my dad he said i should be able to move the cam but he wasnt sure because he has only messed with a 8 valve not a 16.
Check the Vtec lobs on the very top of the lost motion assembly. Those big holes sitting on top of the rockers arms. They might be stuck, they pop right out. That is what happened to my engine head when it wouldn't move as well.

those bolts u can get at a dealer or a junk yard. i mite have some but ill have to look for it. to take them out or put them on, what i do is put 2 nuts back to back, make sure their locked tight, n i wrench on the outter nut until the bolts in there.
