I've searched for a while now and even in different forums, but it seems to me that nobody has ever done a successful conversion of the 5th gen accord interior into amber.....from what i understand, the biggest problem with the accords is that there's a green film behind everything in the dash. I've seen people put the lude cluster into the accords and the lude stereo, but that still leaves the climate control and the other switches.....

I was just wondering if anybody has turned or knows how to turn the entire 5th gen accord interior into amber lighting behind the cluster, climate control etc, without all that re-wiring that needs to be done like with a lude cluster?

if so, please post pics or intructions

take it apart, remove the greet cover on the bulbs and paint a thin film of amber behind the faces of the speedo, tacho, etc..

 

there's a green filter behind everything.....supposedly it cant be removed.
