No easy ways, sounds like to much clearance between the bearings.

If you mean build oil pressure before you start, unplug the injectors or pull the pgmfi fuse and crank until you get pressure, around 10-15 seconds should be enough.
assuming u used assembly lube when u built ur motor (it would be stupid if someone didnt do that), just start the motor up and oil pressure should start to build withing 2 seconds
