Selling R soon wondering what shes worth?
Hello all sadly i plan on selling my 97 ITR in the coming months,an ive been trying to figure out what a good selling price for teh car would be with the mods currently on it an its condition an miles.Car is as follows....
1997 #105 w\104,xxx miles
All new belts and water pump ect(including timing, all done at Acura dealer).
New radiator.
Oil always Mobil 1 10w-30 evey 3k miles
Euro ITR wheels painted gunametal with matching "a" center caps.
H&R "sport" springs
Clutchmasters stage 2 clutch(still in very good working order, stifness ect.)
RE010 tires almost brand new.
Mugen strut tower bars front an back(i also would include the stock one)
Spoon magnetic drain plugs
Spoon Thermo.
Spoon Rad. cap
Spoon Carbon\Kevlar plug wire cover
Spoon axel back N1 exhaust
+3mm TB (the name of the company\person that did it escapes me but they used to advertise on here i think)
Over all condition...
Unfortunatly the previous owner kept the car outdoors in the florida sun an rarely waxed it so the clear coat isnt as smooth as it could be,visualy you cant tell an with regular waxing it feels rather smooth. The front lip has a few nicks, scratches an one or two cracks if you look closely. The interior is good shape the seats are also in good shape not as soft as a 00 or 01 but, this car is a 97 an has been a daily driver. This car has traeted me very well without any major problems ect.

That mileage is less then the national average, I say You could get some decent money for that caR, start asking around 15k and see what happens. Just spend some money on getting it detailed professionally.

I wouldn't take less than 12500 for it though.

You dont have to act like a jackass man. I may be a noob on H-T but that doesnt mean i dont know what im talking about. I just wanted to know why asking price was above kbb and it was cleared up with law of supply and demand
My Friend jmb on this board sold his 98 with similar miles. Here was his FS thread:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=689315
He started out with $14,500. I forgot what the final price was tho (it's been a while).

Yup.
Those guides, like Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book, may be pretty good when it comes to cars like Accords, which sell 300,000 per year. But on a car like the ITR, which sold fewer than 4,000 cars in the four years it was offered in the States, they are grossly inaccurate. They just plug in the same depreciation percentage that they use for the other Integra models. To anyone who's familiar with the ITR market, that just doesn't work.
