Here's what I did on my b18c1:
Removed the stock oil pressure sending unit from the back of the block, and screwed in an adapter to run an 18" stainless braided line up to the firewall where the oil pressure sender is mounted.
You can either run the line directly into the sender, or you can put a T-fitting and screw the stock sender in as well, in order to keep the dummy light on the dash.
You can see the stainless line in this picture:

Then just mount the sender on the firewall like so:

There's a post on here somewhere that outlines all the parts you need. I got mine from McMasterCarr.com

I HIGHLY reccomend you using the suggestion MR.CRX gave out. That is the route I am going. I used brass and tee'd off the back of my block..............lets just say I am putting my IM back on today b/c I had to e-z out the broken off piece of brass since it broke last week!
