has anyone installed these before? we have a set here but oncewe have put the ITB's on the water pump will not fit unless the tensioner bracket is cut off......i will have pics up in a couple hours.
I had to cut the tensioner bracket of my water pump. Be careful how much you cut off. I beleive the monkey that cut mine cut it to low and had to weld it up again.. What size ITB's did you get and did you make an adapter plate or port the head to match the runners to the ports?

yeah i measured it and i can cut the top part off and still bolt the tensioner back on......we are going to port match the head to the gasket........they are the TWM 50mm itb's
well if I get time I will open my 52mm ITB's and take a pic. the runners are huge compared to the ports, you can actually see the side of the head all the way around the ports. Thats on my K20A-R although in about 2 weeks that will all change along with the cams etc.. Hmmm power and 10's here I come..

i really want to see some pics.. i have the 52mm TWM set here.. does anyone know what part # belt you have to use after removing the idler pulley and auto tensioner? plus, can you just notch the underside of the hood on the EG to get them to fit... or will i have to cut out the hood to get them to fit?
