I have a 97 base with sportshift. The tranny just went and i am doing a 5 speed swap, I found a 2001 sh 5spd tranny locally from me and I wanted to know if this tranny will fit my car. Does the atts have anything to do with the tranny itself. Or will this bolt right up into my car. And if anyone has gauge cluster assembly for manual lude 97 and up for sale let me know, and the clutch and brake pedal assembly also. Thanks Vinny

The tranny will bolt right up, but the intermediate shaft will not. You need a base transmission.

Look for an M2B4 tranny. LSD is good.
