Default Header Help-Old one leaking, New wont fit, Exhaust hurts ears now!

I am just getting back of one of the crappiest days of my life. I got a new header from my inventory, and decided to put it on my B16a. After about 45 mins fighting the old one, I finally got it unbolted and out of the ol CRX. In the process, 2 of the bolts that held the 1st and 2nd piece together broke off. Ends up the new header wont work (D series, damn holes wouldn't line up correctly), so I had to put my old one back on. In the process of taking my header off, my idiot friends cut off the cat on the rearside b/c it was rusted to the flange that held it on. So now I have a stock header, 1st and 2nd piece being held together with 1 bolt (yes, it leaks, and yes, it's VERY loud). And then no exhaust after my test pipe. Question...how bad is this? It is FREAKING LOUD. I mean...like hurts my ears loud. So I need to get a new header RIGHT AWAY. What would you guys suggest I do? Should I go for the ITR JDM 4-1 and cut-away at my crossmember, or should I get a different 4-2-1 and get it shipped to me by this weekend...that's about as long as I can stand it. Also, the stock gasket seems to be in very good shape. Can I use it for the new header?

Plz Help

ANY OF YOU ITR GUYS HAVE ANY STOCK HEADER YOU WANT TO SELL, I NEED ONE LIKE TOMORROW. OR IF ANY OF YOU NC GUYS COMING DOWN HAVE ANY, I NEED ONE THEN.

JB

It depends, I am ordering a JDM 4-1 from RandDMotorsports, but they don't get their shipment in for two weeks.. That would leave me SOL for 2 weeks while I wait for a replacement header..

Soooooo, what are you trying to say?

I need one like tomorrow or the day after. What kind is it? I thought the stock ITR JDM ones were 4-1? Which one do you have on there now?

I guess I'm trying to say that depending on what you were looking to spend, it might be worth my while to just sell it to you... Stock USDM Header.. w/6000 mi on it.

Hmmm, okay. What is it? I thought all the ITR's were 1 piece 4-1? Is your 4-2-1 2 piece? What kind of gains over my stock B16a one?

Just to clarify, you thought an SOHC header would bolt onto a B16A or you didn't realize is was for a Single cam?

Yeah. I was told by 3-4 people it was for b series DOHC, and a couple others who said they didn't know what it was for....so I went with the ods....they were wrong so now I'm stuck w/ this loud exhaust. How bad is this for the valves? Should I park her and drive my dads' 86 Si around for a couple of days?

Yep, in your first post you asked if any ITR guys had their stock stuff.

It's a cast iron 4-2-1 2 piece right from the factory.. Gains? I have no clue.

Just thought I was fairly close..

Ack, sorry. I was thinking of the wrong thing. I thought the ITR's came stock with the 4-1 one piece. I would still be interested in yours since you are close and it would help some...I would also get to say "Hey, I have a CAI, cat-back exhaust, ITR headers " How much would you let it go for?
