can I remove a layer from the head gasket to raise the CR?
what will the new CR be?
is there any calculator that I can use to see what the CR will be?

Search around and find the specs for the deck height, combustion chamber volume, etc, and figure out the height of the center layer, then figure out how much it would increase the CR.
Sorry, I don't have the specs on hand; I think it'd be around .25 of a point?
