hes got the numbers to back up what were talking about......ride will be VERY harsh, so def want some koni yellows, if not w/ custom valving

which is heavier, which makes me assume their probably stiffer than those for a 4th/5th gen to help hold up the extra weight

it's not all that stiff.. those who have tein ss including friend's of mine upgrade their springs from 392 to 450.. too much roll on cornering.. the apex ws is 560 in the front..
if you're looking for a nice comfy daily driver, then yes, it's a little on the firm side.. if you're looking for some aggressive sport driving, then 400 is a little on the soft side.
i'm actually running 450 front/ 550 rear myself.. you can run tokico ill. up to about 450.. above that, koni yellows are a better choice up to 600.. and above that, you better have custom valving on your shocks.

i'm on skunk2 coilovers 560lb/in on all four corners paired with koni yellows. its damn stiff, a lil too harsh on the streets unless u can handle the bumpiness. those rates you listed should be ok for daily driving. atleast get kyb agx for those rates.
One more sidenote:
don't think koni will honor the warranty of the damper if you are using it with Skunk2(somewhere in the suspension forum).
one more question for you guys, how you guys like agx in general? most teg/civic guys likes them(for the price and features i guess) but how they perform on heavier accord 4-5th gen?
Needless to say i never have agx since kyb decided to sucker punch the 6th gen by no offering the agx(only gr-2 which is garbage if you thinking of lowering)
syclone, check your im, got a q's for joo
