JDM bumpers

i have a 97 ex coupe...i plan to put some jdm bumpers (see pic below) on it at some point...my question is do i need to buy fenders and headlights etc? or do i just need the bumpers only?

So they did come with that style bumper, nice. Now I just gotta try and figure out if the guy I saw is on H-T.

Well if you're talking about no Civic coupes made in Japan then you're right, but if you're talking about no Civic coupes in Japan in general then you're wrong. All Civic coupes were made in North America, and some were specifically made for the Japanese Domestic Market, so JDM coupes do exist.
