I have a 1993 accord with a 93 usdm h22 motor, skunk2 intake manifold, NX direct port, and VAFC and i have a problem when the car starts up and is running.

When my engine is warm or cold it has a rough idle. When i start moving my car it will bog for a few seconds then clear up and it will not do it anymore. When it is bogging i can hold the throttle at any position and it will still bog. Also my car always seems to have a slight misfire and it backfires hardcore. I also have a direct port nitrous set up on my car and as soon as nitrous hits it bogs/hesitates for a split sencond and then it clears up. I have changed the the injectors, the fuel pump, the fuel pressure regulator, spark plugs, tuned V-AFC, and checked V-AFC wires. Could it be the plug wires, the coil, or the O2 sensor??? I don't know...I am stuck. Any ideas would be helpful.

check the map sensor and the fuel pressure regulator....

sounds like your car just richens out real bad, so check those two.....

maybe even get one of those cheap b&m fuel pressure guages and see if all your lines and injectors are ok.....

 

I have already changed my fuel pressure regulator and injectors, i haven't checked the map sensor but i will do so. Thanks for the input. post back if you have anymore ideas. Also i have noticed that on my first cyliner spark plug it is black/brown, and the other three spark plugs show white.
