mY PEDAL STICKS
Could be the same problem as with some Civics...with recall. Check for a rubber boot at the end of the throttle cable at the manifold where the adjustment nuts are. The small end of the boot has a retainer ring that too tight and binds up. Spray a silicone lube in the boot and slide it back and forth on the cable to loosen it up.
try going to autozone or local store and getting some intake system cleaner; then clean out your trottle body with a toothbrush and cleaner. It may be the plate in the throttle body is full of gunk. Not very technical, but its worh a try.
Yeah; What ****** said; and next time ya might want to tell us what yer talking about or I'll post up a service bulletin for an 81 accord and everyone will think you're a loser
98 and up Accords Honda tightened up the specs of the throttle body for better idle control, any crud that builds up around the throttle plate can cause the 'stickiness' AKA .....S. T. D. Sticky Throttle Disease
