Hey im having lil problem with my Integra 91 LS. I put in two new head lights in my car( the projector lights with 2 halos), and now im trying to put some HID's in my car but i dont know what kind of bulbs does it use. I know i could figure it out if i just take the head light off and check but i t was to much trouble for me the first time that I installed them so i dont wan to take em off. not to sound saracastic, but they can use whatever bulbs you put in them...you can use your oem bulbs or if you have a plug n play HID kit, they would probably work too.

 

oh alright but im tryin to install a McCulloch HID Conversion Kit and asking for the kind ok bulbs the my cars uses. I know what kind of bulbs to use for my factory head lights but not for the projector lights because i know they dont use the same bulb. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...33710

 

Assuming you are putting them in the actual projectors (what used to be our fogs), they are H3s, same as stock. They fit in almost perfect, too. As for bulbs, choose the color of your choice. I went with 7000k. Really crisp white light with a hue of blue...

HIDs are the ****...10000x better then any bulb in stock headlights!

Here's a few QUICK, not so good quality pics. Also, please note they are bluer in the first pics bc I had just turned them on, and that hadn't gotton up to temp yet. They look much better in person anyway (doesn't everything!)

hey thanks man, your integra is nice. I have another question what are the bulbs that go in the regular low beam part of the light ( im not talking about the projector or the two that have the halo).

 

Hmm...I always mix em up.

Ok projector is of course H3..

And then there's another H3 and an H1...(for the lows and highs)

I forget which one is which...I want to say the H3 is the halo one, and the H1 is the other...well either way I know that it's an H1 and H3 for sure, I just forget which one. HTH.

Since it's an aftermarket projector housing, the Bulb types are up to the manufacturer. email them.
