Default spoon throttle body????

is spoon throttle body really worth it???like money wise and performance wise???

would it be basically the same sending my type r one to maxbore to get a 70mm bore??? and a lot cheaper...but if the spoon will flow more better then i guess $500 wouldnt hurt....but i really dont want to cough up that much if i dont have to

or everyones opinion is welcome

The Spoon TB is not worth the money. Get an Erick's or RPM TB. Less money, more power.

if you buy spoon you will just be spending a lot of extra money on the spoon name. go with a modified stock TB or something like BBK. Stick with 63-65mm.

Not at all, The Spoon TB is just an ITR TB that has a taper bore to 70mm, the throttle plate is the same. I guess if you were going to buy a stock ITR TB from the dealer, then the Spoon one would be better, since it also comes with a TPS (factory set) and MAP sensor.
