Default head gasket maybe??????????

ok i fixed allt he hozes and new thermostat etc. i still lose about 1/4 of the radiator coolant.
i work as a pizza deliver. after working for 5 hours 1/3 of the radiator coolant is gone. and the car will overheat. if i move it then it will cool down(fans work)
i don't see any leaks. and i don't see any smoke coming from the engine bay.
i smell the sweet smell of the coolant burning sometimes
i hear like water running on my dashboard,,,,, heater works and my carpet don't get wet... as they should when u have a cloged heater core.
once when the throtle body got stuck and my car was at 5000 rpm i went and turned off the car. but i could hear that the water was boiling on my radiator reall bad. u could hear that **** boiling from far.
i checked the oil stick in the morning and there is no coolant in it. i checked when the car was hot and still no coolant in it.
there is no oil in the coolant too.
when i start the car it kind of works with 3 pistons. but if i review up to 3000rpm it will work fine. it does that everytime i start it.
oh and no smoke. but when its cold it sokes like other cars.
and the smoke don't have the sweet smell of the coolant burning.

so what are some of the symptoms of the head gasket beeing bad????????
or does anyone know how to check if i have a leak on the head gasket????
oh by the way there is no water coming between the block and the head.
let me know plz. this **** is driving me crazy. i am buying coolant every ******* week.

You do not have any air in the system do you?
As for the headgasket, it possibly could be. Mine was getting through the gasket under boost, and just burning up. Nothing in the oil or any trace of it, just burning it.

Bad rad cap? Or a slghtly loose hose somewhere.
Can you test to see if the coolant system holds pressure? If you are burning that much coolant a compression check would give you a clue.

Mine never smoked.
As for 19psi in the coolant system, where did it leak down from?
