91 hatch trade for 95 prelude
i was offered a trade for my civic (never thought id ever see that day) the kid wants to trade a 95 prelude in good shape for my civic which was originally a dx, but is now a mini me swapped civic, 93 head swap and conversion to multiport injection, intake, header and broke exhaust, it is also is lowered and has 93 si seats in it, other than that no mods, now the hatch has many imperfections, body damage, and exhaust problems, the prelude has some typical honda rust, but runs fine, i know this for a fact, ive driven it many times, does anyone think i am getting the bad end of the deal here, i think im actually making out pretty good.. mabey its just to good to be true
what about mileage of both cars? was his car raced? does he have any modifications done? Any crashes that were 'fixed'?
i personally love my car and wouldn't trade it. The only thing i would trade it for is a corvette/viper/ or any exotic car, but thats not going to happen, so I'm keeping it. Or a hatch/crx with a k series swap, I would also trade for that.

money isnt worth every thing.when i just schooled my friend prelud last week it really made my day,she had about 2 car lenghts ahead from the git go and i still walked her.yes its worth more.but it really depends on what you define worth by.i could have a bently as slow as geo or i could have my hatch.yes the bently is worth 50k x as much as my 91 but would i do it simply because of the $$$ factore? no goddamn way
Is the Prelude automatic? Give us more information about the Prelude.
It’s your choice but I rather keep the hatch unless you know how bad the conditions are.

Accords and Preludes are both heavy, and we all know the only thing to do with a fatty...
Good question about if she can drive.
I say keep the hatch. F the prelude. Its too heavy, probably slower, and you worked on ur hatch (thats quality time right there), and come on, you got us here, you wouldn't want to abandon us, would you?

mileage on civic 122456, mileage on prelude 107486, the car is 5 speed, h22, the kid didnt race but it is lowered, he was a law abiding citizen, unlike me
the prelude is stock? are you seriously considering this? is your hatch in some sort of **** condition?
if not, then stick with manual windows and no power locks and a much lighter chassis.
why bother asking this on an EF forum? the bias is going to be to keep your car. just like in the lude section, kids would say "ditch the grocery getter, it has manual windows"

rear corner panels were beaten in, now its fiberglass coated, along with the typical, honda rust, i mean looking at it you couldnt tell it was once stolen and had the life beaten out of it
