well i have a tranny here that will go in my car.my friend had it laying around so he just give it to me. i searched and found how to id the 92-95.

mine isanywhere form 96 to 2000 i looked at the tranny to get the ### by the fluid fill deal and found this.

and by the housing next to the block is the s40xxxx

I'm not 100% sure, but i think your posted the wrong numbers bro.

If it's a 92-95 civic ex/si it's going to say ''s20'' on it.

 

thats a 96-00 ex trans for sure, i dont know about 92-95. My 97 ex is an S40
