you need a B18B1 and a b series trns and all other nessacary parts and do a swap. The d15 that comes in them suck bad. You have to do a swap no matter what. D15=

B18, H22=

agreed on the swap, but it doesnt have to be a b18b1,
your motor now is probably a dx 1.6l non vtec

and most stuff of an eg hatch will fit your car

Usually the power windows go out or become very slow. Moonroofs go out too.

If you do any kind of engine swap be sure to keep the stock engine so if you cant get around smog you can always swap it back in. Trust me it is a life saver.

if it's a '93 ex and has the stock motor, you've got a D16Z6. this is the same motor I'm looking to swap into my cx and if properly built and managed can handle tons of boost. be sure to check out sohchonda.com and d-series.org

one thing you gotta keep an eye out for is your speedo. 92-95 civics are notorious for having a jumping/dead speedo.
funny thing is, if you search, anyone who has had the problem, either couldn't fix it, or if they fixed it; the way they fixed it WON'T work on your car haha trust me i've tried. i'm exaggerating.................sorta.
