New Style Quick Release... REAL JDM

FET Sports Nardi Adaptor/Quick Release
This is the real deal JDM...
I just picked this up and this quick release is pretty bad ***... No play whatsoever. It ain't like the spline or ball bearing type. I can't explain it, but it works the way it should. Anyone else use this? Let me know.

Im impressed. I love the concept, but hate how all of the
quick releases that are cheap enough for me to want, are
really big and stick out waaaay too far.
Link to where you got it? I want one too.

this stuff, unlike the NRG and the other copies of the NRG are actually made in Japan. If you're unaware who FET is, they are the parent company of Catz lighting... that's some back in the day ****... but regardless, if you have a Nardi Wheel, this would work for you as an adaptor as well... everyone's got their opinion of what works and what doesn't. I'm just stating my thoughts from personal experience.
and by the way, it's not cheap plastic. and it's not what you'd find on ebay...it's more along the lines of what you'd find on Yahoo Japan...only the real stuff.
that style is actually pretty old. they've been carrying that quick release on jspec.com for quite a while.
there is also a cheaper knockoff version of that made by "stafman." that quick release is not very smooth, and the soft aluminum develops play over some time. i had that quick release almost 2 years ago, and swapped out for a spline one. i've owned almost every quick release out there, and my favorite is the esses/rcrew one.
