Ok i had my motor built and now i am ready to throw it in. But first off where do these go? i have circled the two i dont know. I belive the one on the left is suposed to be pluged. and the one on the right i just dont know, i dont think i sent the block like this. Is it supposed to be plugged to?




EDIT: The one on the right you realy cant tell but it sticks out about 2 inches

 

The one on the left I beleive is what they call a "Freeze plug", and yes, its supposed to be plugged. The right one, not sure.

 

Isent the one on the right for your heater core? what engine is it? that would help out a lot someone can look it up for you if all else fails....

i am pretty sure it is coolant. if i blow compressed ait through it i can feel air coming out main coolant passage

on a d16, that looks like the part where the oil breather chamber goes.

not at all. Ignorant information like this just confuses people are is no where near accurate

 

Yea, looks like possibly for an oil cooler.

 

si i can remove it and plug it up? i can plug both correct? i forget what thread is it?
