go with something cheaper...buddy club 4's seem to be a really good cam even when compared to some of the newer cams that have come out since their release...like tbones bc4 vs sk2 pro1 cams.....

Don't Go Cheap on Cams you will spend more $$$$ in the long run to get the right ones

With 13:1, you'll be looking at some pretty aggressive cams to suit that compression, i'm no cam master, but there's enough dyno runs and setups and info on here to where you can make a good educated decision, theres definitely no "perfect" science involved with cam choice, but a good guess and estimate is feasible. good luck finding something.

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=717928 R/S ratio explained (long)

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1088178 PCT piston comp. ratio

Read these threads...very useful info concerning your setup. You'll also find the exact compression ratio for your setup (barring any milling or thinner head gasket). You'll also find out what cams would be best suited for your setup concerning the R/S ratio and air flow of the cam.
