I bought custom axles so I did not have to remove them..
But on the last swap I did,I had to..
Use a hammer and flat chisel and some safety googles..
ps>Be careful ..
When I popped it out,It bounced off my forehead..

What I would gave to see that. Raxle also sells custom axles. I took my dust shields off but my axles would still not spin freely, but I came up with a good idea that has worked very well.

Well I still suggest you try to remove the dust shield to see if it helps. But basically picture a big heavy duty washer ( and I'm talking big enough to slip over the end of an axle ) . Used it like that, this keeps the axle from pulling into the hub so much and causing it to get stuck.
