Default Radiator question

Went to Parts Channel Inc. (partschannel.com) and told them that I needed a radiator for a 1999 Civic SI. On the ticket it reads

RD2273
92-2000 radiator Civic CX
/DX/HX/LX 1.6L & L-4
AT 1ROW
2273 HD37017A

Since it does not list SI, does this mean that it does not fit my '99 Civic SI because at the bottom of the radiator there are two approximate quarter inch diameter copper tubes with rubber caps on the ends which I do not see on my busted radiator off of my '99 SI..........help, need to get this on ASAP

the rad should fit as for the copper tubes they are for an automatic and arent used in your application. you can leave them capped or un capped it is up to you.

Ya aftermarket does a 2in1 type thing to save on production costs, so it can work for either manual or auto. I have a manual, and I have an aftermarket rad, i just left those caps on, no problems

honda told me solder* some caps on, the rubber ones won't hold under pressure (which i figured since you can pull them off)

These no pressure in those tubes since there's nothing that runs in or out of them other than air. It's just where the tranny fluid would pass through the rad to cool itself if you were running an automatic.
