My Rpm is @ 1000, and i don't have a clue what's going on. I should be @ 500-700 around there. but every since i put the itr manifold on and take it back off and out the stock p30 delsol Vtec one on then it is reving and is @ high RPM.

 

you probably have a leak somewhere which is allowing the motor to get air from somewhere. this would cause it to idle higher than it should. did you use a new intake manifold gasket?

 

easy way to check a leak it to grap some Brake Cleaner (parts cleaner) and spray it around the intake mani gasket and throttle body gasket. If the idles waver, one of your gaskets are bad.

This is typical of a mani change (done it myself)

Yea, I had a friend who had the same problem. This is what diagnosed it. Good luck.

 

Well i haven't try the brake Cleaner but i don't think it's the gasket. Because i just change it brand new. And it doesn't sound leak either.
