Default sohc zc vs. d16a6 cam

I have a sohc cam zc motor and a d16a6 motor and was wondering if it would be worth putting the zc cam into the d16a6. Will it make a noticable difference in the power of the car or no. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It should really make a differance. I think thats the biggest change from factory between those engine. The sohc zc makes 118hp.

i doubt if you feel any difference. i mean if you have some extra time on your hands you can go ahead and do it, but its not anything that i would clear my schedule for. good luck

Actually, you'd be suprised at the difference between the two cams. The intake lift is the same but the exhaust side has a little bit higher lift which gives the zc engine the extra ten ponies over the si. I love it and the engine sounds ALOT better too. Get a zc cam.
