Just got my 300d
Hey, I just started with photography I had a pos camera before and my 300D just arrived yesterday, these are my first photos. I know they're not that good but my car is dirty as hell and not running atm so confined to the garage! :/

awesome, only advice is practice, practice, practice. Really the only way to truly get better, the really good photographers i know take their cameras with them everywhere.

yep, shoot, shoot, then shoot some more, and some more. the only way to know the functions, flaws, and how to get around the flaws is to use the camera a ton.

just a recent pic I snapped today :/ as for pricing I bought mine online from "Radioactive Deals" before rebates the total was $1,085 and that came with a 512 CF card (high speed one), 2 tripods, CF card reader, usb cable, camera>video cable, carrying case for camera, an extra battery and a bunch of software that photoshop does anyways lol. I'm getting around $300 in rebates.
