CAM SEAL
This website should help you. I think it is really easy to change. The cam seals are located on the distributor side of the valve cover.

There is also another set of cam seals on the T-Belt side that often leak. This link above doesn't reference these from what I can tell.

cam seals are "underneath," the cam gears, on the drivers side of the engine. there is one for the intake cam, and one for the exhaust cam. this would essentially require doing a timing belt replacement, and maybe even removal of the cams (i haven't tried), big PITA.
there's an O-ring on the engine side of the distributor, which is "plugged-into," the intake cam. on the passenger side of the exhaust cam is an endcap which is the biggest piece of them all. these two items are pretty easy. i replaced these two, plus adjusted all 16 valves in a bit under 2 hrs having never done it before.
