Default Ls/Vtec Safe Rev Limit

How high can you safely rev a ls/vtec with a balaced ls crank with enlarged oil journals and shotpeened ls rods? It also has ARP rod bolts. Need to choose a cam that doesn't make power were it is unsafe. Was going to go with Skunk2 Stage 2 cams. The head is already built to handle the revs.
