I would think again, and find a bodykit that is made out of polyurethane or a stronger material.. My friend has the Bomex front bumper on his '01 LS.. He was drivin on the freeway, ran over a BLANKET in the road, and it ripped half the front kit off!

I think it looks good in life
and in pics
. But, you gotta decide yourself cuz it's really not coming outta anybody else's pockets. It's a good kit made of good, flexible fiberglass which is harder to crack than the other generic fibe. glass kits.

sorry to hear your car got stolen. If its a good kit and you like the style. Awesome, go for it!
Edit : But leave out the rear wing... Not because of looks, but because at high speeds they seem to wobble because the metal on the trunk isn't the strongest stuff in the world

take a good look at the pic, you will notice that the front bumper is a slightly different color than the rest of the car, now i dont know is that is just becuase of a bad paint matching or if it is the fault of the nature of fiberglass when painted as opposed to metal or urethane. i have seen, in person, fiberglass kits that, when painted, looked like crap. can anyone clarify this?
BTW...a little off topic but what mirrors are those? they look real good

There should be no reason that the kit wouldn't match the color of the car. Those body kits come primered, so when they're refinished to match the car they must be sanded, sealed, painted, and then clear coated. The color can be changed by the sealer used or the # of coats of base color applied. If the refinisher is skilled then there should be no difference in color no matter what is being painted, fiberglass, plastic, metal etc.

anyway, getting back to the topic, you should get the kit but do not get that rear end, it looks bad
i always used to think this kit looked awesome but i saw it in real life the other day and it made me puke.....
However, if you like it, didn't mean to offend you. I like kits that are very simple and clean.
<-----Ohhh you mean the pic by my name ??? That's not exactly my car but yeah I have the kit, and a couple of pics with the kit "unpainted" on my car here, http://www.geocities.com/bomex97
I'm gonna repaint my entire car this spring so don't mind the tackyness of the current colors.
