Default crx with the razor back

who here owns a crx with those covers on the back hatch, like the older z28 did???? i saw the cleanest si completly stock today and it had one on it, looks super sleaper

there is one up the street from me i like it, i had one on my mustang until it came off on the free-way doing the top speed of 115mph

They look okay on a first-gen CRX, but not really on a 2nd-gen. I guess it's because they're "time appropriate" for the 1G; you had a choice between louvers, and... well, nothing back then. Window tinting was getting common and cheap enough by '88 that the louver craze ended.

There's a white 2G CRX that I see around Austin once in a while with white louvers on the hatch. It doesn't look nice...

iam new to the crx scene air cooled vw buses were,are my thing,my crx hf is my new love, but those luvers on windows look like **** and,they rattle .late

hell yeah, vw busses! i have a 64. for my 89si, i have the original dealer propaganda booklet, and it lists that as a dealer installed option, kinda like the rare console in hatchbacks.
