well the real one will have apexi written on the muffler I believe, and the welds will most likely be of a nicer and higher quality. the apexi will probably sound nicer as well, and have a better fitment for your application.

And they all sound like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM and are ricey as hell. 
But apparently alot of people are into that kinda stuff. I already made myself half deaf with a shitty muffler on another car. Never again.
