bolts on front bumper civic 97
I'm trying to undo the bolts on the bumber so that I can put an euro plate, it's as if there was a little metal plate between the styrofoam and the plastic and that is where the bolt srews in.
It's all rusted and I cannot unscrew it. My question is what should I do about that. Should I drill the screws and then put a butterfly screw or should I take the whole front bumber off.

I dont really know what u are talking about, pics would help, but in a general sense, I'd remove the bumper to see whats going on before u actually drill. U don't want to mess up something that is already looking good.
