The car:

1990 Honda Accord EX 5-Speed

The Problem:

Speedometer, tach, turn signals not working.

The Scenario:

I allowed my mother to use my Accord today due to her car being in the shop. She comes home to tell me she broke my car. I asked her what had happened and she told me the following:

"I was driving along beinhd some slow-*** and look down at the speedo' and it wasn't working. The tack wasn't working either. I then found out that your turn signals are no longer working. However, it seems your fuel gauge is still working properly because it indicates 3/4 of a tank and did not drop to the bottom like the other gauges."

Now, due to my business, I have little to no time to get in there and do grunt work on my car. I put aside a few minutes to check fuses, but I couldn't find one that would associate itself to this type of problem.

She said the car still ran fine after all this happened.

So, I ask you, knowlegable minds of H-T, what do you think my problem could be and how would I got about fixing it.

Blown fuses was my first guess but maybe a short somewhere?? Pull out your cluster and check all your wires maybe??

I checked both fuse panel diagrams and nothing indicated there was a fuse for the anything in the cluster

 

I also noticed the rear defroster and window controls no longer work
