Default Turbo H project finished...for now. Pics and setup details

Well after years of planning and almost 5 months of actual work, my turbo H22 project is finished....well for now anyway It is street tuned to 8-10psi right now but I'm gonna install the 3" exhaust and Walbro and have it dyno tuned at 18-22psi at the end of February. Impressive that you left the stock battery and routed the piping around it. Nice setup. Post your dynos when you get them.

Nice setup and I bet very costly but I think the best part you added was the Buzz Lightyear!

Buzz has been with me since I bought the car (2000). I don't know why, just thought it'd be different/cool and never took it down

best of luck with the dyno... you should be close to, if not over, 400 hp... a boosted h22 here in atlanta was able to put down 500 hp at 23 psi, though i don't remember all of the specs off the top of my head.

make sure to update this thread when you get the dyno numbers!!!

but i bet the turbo wont a t3/t04e to make 500whp at 23psi

But the turbo will max around 380-400whp max around 20-22psi i have used them on many other cars

if the h22 make good power theres so many that dont

wow, congratties....looks sick

if you went back to stock skirts and lips you would have one killer of a sleeper, especially with the blacked out FMIC. course, no one will be expecting an accord to be putting down those kind of numbers in the first place, so...

bring on the dyno numbers and vids!

It is indeed, one of two that I have Long story behind that.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Nick H &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">nice setup, but damn that's a lot to spend...how's it feel right now at 8 psi? </TD></TR></TABLE>

It is a lot to spend I had a budget but that didn't last long. I really don't have much money to throw around, just had a lotta help and saved for a long time

It feels awesome at 8. I went straight from the f22 to this, blew my mind.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by DLB1994 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">But the turbo will max around 380-400whp max around 20-22psi i have used them on many other cars </TD></TR></TABLE>

Yeah, most I've seen out of one is 422 and that was pushing it. I wanted a streetable turbo though so I'll get what I can out of it. I'm not expecting miracles.

I'm not really sure what you meant here, could you elaborate?

Thanks for all comments y'all

i wouldn't drive your car around on the streets with 400 hp on tap at all times...in a front wheel drive car, you will hate yourself after a while when you go through clutches, tires and axles like cigarettes...i'd say 300whp is probably a good amount to have all the power you need on the street (especially in a fwd car) and then maybe push the boost up on the track...it will also make your motor more reliable so that the internals aren't under 22 lbs so often...anyways, that's my suggestion, but have fun...

No, no....there is no way I'm running high boost all the time. My boost controller has four presets and I'm just gonna have them get progressivly higher. Even when its fully tuned I'm only gonna run 8psi daily around town. Its still my somewhat daily driver (I've got an 02 EX that I put most of the miles on) and with the money I spent, I'm gonna make this **** last (as much as possible). It won't see more then 12psi, unless its running the 1320.
