Parts List for Timing Belt, Water Pump, and Valve Adjustment job
I'm about to have my timing belt, water pump, and a valve adjustment done and am wondering if I have the correct list of parts I need. Here's what I have so far. Please let me know if I've left anything out. Thanks.

How many miles on the engine? You may want to do the timing belt tensioner while you're at it. IMO the tensioner doesn't need to be done at every timing belt change but it should be done every other.
I hope you aren't getting those parts at a dealer, they can be had for quite a discount at: http://www.acuraparts247.com/sunnyside

If you have a lot of miles you may also want to consider the Timing Belt Tensioner (another $50), as well as a tensioner spring ($3), and you should probably get a water pump gasket ($2) as well. Here was the list for my timing belt change, it's for a 92 LS, but you should be able to find the comparable parts on acuraparts247.com or something. You could get away without the tensioner, although I would get the new spring. I got one because my car has over 150,000 miles.
Timing belt (14400-P7J-004)
Timing belt tensioner (14510-P30-003)
Tensioner Spring (14516-PR4-A00)
Water Pump (19200-PR4-013)
Water Pump Gasket (19222-PR4-003)
For my valve adjustment, all I needed was some hondabond or permatex gasket sealant, some anti-sieze and dielectric grease for when I put the spark plugs back in, a gasket set (included vc gasket and spark plug gaskets and all of the little washers and grommets), a 12mm socket to break the bolts loose, 12mm closed end wrench to turn the bolts, a flat head screwdriver, and a feeler gauge with at least a .005 and a .006-008 inch blade.
With an LS you don't need the overpriced valve adjustment tool at all, there is plenty of space for the regular 12mm wrench.
EDIT - your sig says you have a GSR, so you might want the valve adjustment tool or bend a 12mm wrench.

I have about 127,000 miles on the engine. The timing belt was already replaced at 90K by the previous owner at an Acura Dealer. Do they change the tensioner and spring when they do it? I'm only changing the timing belt because I need my water pump changed, its starting to leak coolant. Might was well change it since I need to take it off to get to the water pump. I emailed Acura Carland and they told me the water pump comes with the gasket, is this true?
Does anyone know the correct part numbers or names for the Cam seal and Front main seal? Also, is there an AC compressor belt that I should change too. I just want to get everything done so I won't have to worry about it for a while.
That sucks, I bet your timing belt is good - damn waterpump.
There is an AC Compressor belt as well, so you will want to have 3 accessory belts and 1 timing belt. I doubt the dealer replaces the spring and tensioner, and if they do, they charge extra for it. I bet the tensioner will be fine, it's only been through one change. Might want to change the spring though, since it's cheap anyway.
If Acura Carland says the waterpump comes with the gasket, that is good. If you bought non-OEM they would probably be separate.
The cam seal rubber is called the Right Head Cylinder Seal or something, I think the part # is 12513-P72-003. I don't know about the main seal, but I think it's Front Crankshaft Seal or something.
