master cylinder + brake booster question
I really hate the feel of the brakes on my 97 hatch, it's sloppy and there's quite a bit of travel. I have flushed the system and the brakes are new, and it still feels like crap...now I know rear drums probally contribute to this, but I am not ready for a rear disc swap ... yet
I am thinking if I put a GSR brake booster, and master cylinder...will it give me better feel?
I am not sure how a diff brake booster would affect the feel, but from what I've gathered it should help a lot
my next step is stainless steel brake lines, but I figure i'm gonna wait on that

ya could be a brake booster and MC going bad. Try an MC brace, it should stiffen up the pedal feel a bit
The GSR MC/BB will make a difference but the ITR 1" MC and BB will make a MUCH bigger difference. You will have to flare and bend lines with this set-up, as for the GSR I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure you will have to for that one as well.
