Default pre 92 intake manifold on a 92 eg

ok i bought my car with a jdm d15b swap. but the idiot that did the swap left the stock cx intake and exhaust manifolds. i already swaped a si exhaust manifold with the full piping. now my friend gave me an intake manifold from a 89 si. it has all the same vacum lines and sensors as mine except for that it does not have a map sensor on top of the throttle bodie like mine does. i know that the map sensor works off vacum. is the sensor somewhere else or can i just run a vacum line to the map sensor or is it garbage and can't be used on my car?

The 91 Si used a MAP that was mounted on the firewall. You may be able to get an EG+ throttle body that uses a TB mounted MAP....

BTW teh D15B7 (EG) uses the same IM
