I am running a quaife,mine looks like that,no worries

with the 60's like u had before I can not wait to see what you will cut with the new diff

Who did you buy the diff. from? Is the housing darker in color than the other's pictured above? It is possible that the Quaife logo is laser etched on the flanged end of the diff body. The newer diffs are all laser etched, not engraved like the older ones. Everything else is the same, just the coloring and etching have changed. Oh, and the fact that the final surfaces are turned (machined) after heat treatment to provide a better, more consistent finish.
