CLEAN TEG!!!!!!

I have done lots of reading about the skunks and mot of the people say they are greatl. I have heard about some slipping, but that could be user failer. I did hear something about changing out the bolts and useing some star washer, but you would have to search more to find out about that.

Also a few people said about them hitting, like in the post above. But i think that seems to all matter on your suspension setup.

I'm about as low as you are or a little lower...
As far as slipping goes. It has never happened to me and I've been rocking them for a year now.

I got the dents on my shock towers when my car was a little bit higher, but with bigger wheels.

Now I've got my 16" Volks on, but lower...so far I didn't hear any banging.
It could be that I'm riding on Teins and made the dampers stiffer....or I just don't know.

I had them and they were great. Mine slipped, though, but that was a pretty easy fix. Before you put them on, take off the entire ball joint. Next, scrape all of the powdercoat off of where the bolts will contact. Finally, put on lock (star) washers in between the arm and the washers. Something optional is to get new bolts so that you can torque them a little more and so you don't have to use a hex key to adjust the kits. Oh yeah, don't forget to lube up the bushings for the anchor points. If you don't, they'll squeak until the cows come home

I had them on my teg for over a year before someone crashed into my car.

I personally had a great experience with them. No slipping. Great for range of adjustability even with the really low neuspeed race springs that i ran.

There have been alot of threads about this particular product so u may want to do a search.

That having been said, there were some people who did experience some slipping. Others mentioned issues with the ball joint boot tearing.

I had neither of those problems.

Check out my site for a more descriptive comment on the product and install procedure.(link to site in my sig below)
