well everything just got screwed up i just installed my jdm itr pistons in my b16 block with b17 crank and rods, the pistons stick about 10 thou OUT of the block!!!
i was just wondering is it normal for jdm itr pistons to stick out of the block? what is the compression height on them if anyone knows off the top of there head! thanks for your time!

with milled 15 thou
flat valves
pistons out of the hole 10 thou

i have 12.5:1 !!!!! GAY!!!! i only have 91 availble T_T

 

this sounds about right but are you sure you got p73 pistons and not pct?

 

to my knowledge the PCT's are the only pistons that stick out of the hole on B16/17 blocks

the P73-oo and P73-Ao should sit flush with the deck.

 

nope they are sticking out i need to get a camera i thought they sat flush TOO
