please help i dont want to make a mistake
i think i am going to buy a dyna flow or magnaflow muffler not sure which (suggestions are welcome) then get a resonator not sure what size maybe a 18" and get a high flow cat and a header any opinions on what i should do different or how loud it will be? and if you have a similiar setup please put up a pic

Just replace everything from the header back, including the header. DC header is good. Pacesetter is a cheap and effective exhaust system. Ebay has a decent high flow cat.
