to answer your questions, the real JDM EG6 plugs do not match up with the us ones. This means, when you buy the jdm climate, the wires are cut. You cant just plug in your usdm in the back of it cuz it wont fit. This is UNLIKE the EG6 gauges. What you have to do is remove the faceplate of the jdm and put it on the usdm unit. The faceplate has the amber lights, and also has all of the JDM measurments.
