Default I have 2 problems...wiring guru's needed for 1

I have a 94 LS Integra that has some issues right now. For starters, the turn signals don't work. I was told that they weren't wired up properly after an aftermarket wheel install. I don't believe it is a fuse after looking at that first. The emergency flashers work when engaged, so I know it's not the blinkers. Now, after looking in the engine bay, I cam across 2 wires that were cut in the wiring harness. One wire is black, and the other green. However, I can't find the other 2 pieces to re-connect them. They may be in the loom, but I really haven't had any daylight to work with when I get home from work, plus the recent snow/ice put a damper on it.

The part with the cut wires is on the driver's side of the car, right where the loom runs around the strut tower down low. It's actually kind of hard to get to. It's pretty level with the section of the block under the intake manifold on the back side. I really don't know if I'm providing an accurate description here....just trying to give you a jist of where this is. When I engage the signals, I get no blinking inside or anything...just does nothing. I know I need to reconnect these wires, seeing as how none in the bay should be cut. I'm just basically wondering if you any of you guys with a Helms or any knowledge on Tegs know whether or not it is indeed the turn signal wire.

Secondly, the car does still have the aftermarket wheel installed...Sparco 350mm. I really like it, but the horn does not work as it sits. I know I need to get a horn shoe, but I haven't come up with any good how-to's via search engine.

I NEED to get these things fixed asap, seeing as how I'd like to have them while driving, and inspection is up at February's end. So any info anyone can provide will be great.

Thanks in advance

and also.....

If anyone is located near Western NC I'd love to meet up to learn what I can about it. I'm about to do a waterpump/timing belt install once I get some help on the project. It's been a garage queen since I bought it and I need to get it on the road soon since I have my other car all but sold. Let me know if anyone is interested in taking a look at it.

sry to lazy to head to garage to look at service manual, think the grn/blk is cruise control which you lost with with the new wheel. there are a few grn/blk under the hood, think PSP power steering pressure switch and maybe ELD.

try tracing the wiring yrself you can download a manual on http://www.icelord.net and trace a wiring diagram.

damn....I was hoping it was the turn signal wire. I have no clue as to where to start looking for this. I'm gettin' pretty frustrated having this car sitting in my garage getting a shine-down every other day...I need to get the signals turning and the horn a-blowing!

Again, anyone in Western NC that wants to turn some wrenches with me by all means let me know.

bump...still wanting to fix these little quirky problems. Went to a local shop today in Asheville and was told a horn won't ever work on a Sparco wheel install... I'm thinkin', ok whatever on that one.

And, on the turn signals(most important to me), could the lever on the steering column be my problem. I mean, it functions for everything else like the wipers, bright lights, ect. Could there be something that is broken when it's engaged to turn on the signals? I'm reachin' here people.

Anyone in the Asheville area care to help a guy out?
